The first step in wedding planning with AD Florals is submitting an initial inquiry. Once received, we can confirm availability for your date and schedule a Zoom consultation meeting.
AD Floral Design is proudly located in "The Beloved Republic of Brooklyn!" providing full-service design to clients in the New York tri-state area.
AD Florals has a 35% Labor and Design fee. This is a floristry charge that covers the work involved with flower sourcing, conditioning and designing your GORGEOUS florals. It also covers hiring additional staff, especially for floral installations like cermony arches, chuppahs, and hanging floral arrangements etc.
To book your wedding flowers, sign and return Agreement for Floral Services with a non-refundable 30% deposit. Final payment is due eight (8) weeks before your wedding or event. At your request, clients can make up to four (4) payments before wedding day.
AD Florals accepts bookings 10-12 months in advance. Couples with shorter timesframes will be considered but bookings are on a first-come, first served basis. Peak wedding season for AD Florals is May through October.
We recommend paying your deposit as early as possible as we only accept one (1) wedding per weekend.
After your deposit is made, we can easily sort through the details of your flower order making any changes and revisions necessary. Nothing needs to be firmly set in stone until six (6) weeks before your wedding day!
Absolutely. AD Floral Design operates with General Liability Insurance. Rest-assured knowing the risk of any liabilities are covered on your wedding day. A Certificate of Insurance (COI) is available to be furnished directly to your venue or wedding planner.
Yes! Inquire about the White Wedding Collection (WWC) - our signature offer for couples who want a luxury, A-Z experience. Includes premium flowers, exquisite rentals, and romantic candlelight for their ceremony and reception designed in a classic, white/ivory palette.
Includes transportation, delivery, set-up and strike.
Depending on the design details of your event, a minimum of four (4) to six (6) hours may be needed for installation and decor set up. This ensures all the details are handled for a picture perfect day. Please be sure to work with your planner/venue for adequate time for on-site set-up.
Absolutely! AD Florals currently offers the following rental items for your wedding celebration:
AD Florals focuses on designing fresh flowers and greenery for clients. Silk flowers are occasionally used when a particular flower isn't in season or clients request specific colors.
Usually, flowers are discarded when the Floral Design Team returns after reception to break down and collect all vases, candle holders, rental items, etc. However, your guests are welcome to enjoy flowers removed from vases to take home.
For ceremonies hosted at churches, the contruction of altar installations such as flower arches, chuppahs, draping backdrops etc. may be prohibited. AD Florals recommends speaking with venue managment to confirm your requested installations are allowed prior to booking.
You should always ask about a venue's "open flame policy," as some venues also prohibit candles to avoid the risk of fires. At other venues, candles may be allowed if properly covered. If not allowed, LED candles are also a great alternative.
Yes. Your propsal and invoice will include an itemized breakdown of all flowers requested in addition to customary charges for flower delivery to your hotel and the wedding venue, as well as a breakdown fee for returning after reception to collect rental items.
On-site set-up is covered by the 35% labor and design fee.
